Working with the NCPGA Junior Golf Tour is sure to be one of the most memorable and rewarding experiences you will encounter. We are in the business of creating leaders through golf. All aspects of the Tour are designed to fit many personality profiles and skill sets. Field Representative:
The NCPGA Junior Golf Tour Field Representative (FR) will work side-by-side with the Junior Golf Tournament Director. This position is reserved for an individual with extensive experience in tournament operations, administration and technology. As an NCPGA Junior Golf Tour Field Representative, you will experience a dynamic tournament operations environment for a minimum of five events. This is a paid position and your services will be required on an hourly basis for 36-hole championships.

Rules Official:
NCPGA Junior Golf Tour Rules Officials are essential to any quality tournament experience. Your presence on the course and the manner in which you make rulings will resonate in our pace of play, mood of parents, and quality of scores. As an NCPGA Junior Golf Tour Rules Officials you will receive numerous benefits (e.g., paid lodging, on-course food, uniform, and much more).
Candidates seeking this position should posses:
1. Past experience as a Rules Official for another golf organization (i.e., NCPGA, NCGA, JGANC, USGA, PGATOUR)
2. Extensive knowledge of the rules of golf
3. Basic understanding of tournament operations and field arrangements (NCGA Workshop or USGA/PGA Rules School preferred)
Pace of Play Official:
Pace of Play Officials are responsible for enforcing the NCPGA Junior Golf Tour Pace of Play Policy through strategically placed checkpoint stations around the competition course on holes 3, 7, 12, & 16. Your role will be vital to the speedy completion of each event and crucial to the success of the Tour. Rules Officials and volunteers with experience at three or more NCPGA events will be the primary source for this position.
Scorer:
NCPGA Junior Golf Tour Scorers are volunteers designated to keep score for individual groups in addition to players keeping their own score. These volunteers must know the game of golf and how scoring is calculated. Volunteers will be provided with scoring sheets and lunch everyday of the event. A parent may not be a scorer for their own child’s group.
Administrative Volunteer:
Administrative Volunteers will be charged with taking care of player relations (i.e., registration, product replenishment, player refreshments, runner, etc.) Your presence will impact the flow and quality of our events. This position requires a personable individual able to perform in any sector of our operation. All volunteers will be given lunch everyday of the event.
